For the purposes of this License Agreement, the Licensee’s Approved Uses shall include:

to facilitate the exchange of information about Covenant Health’s members, former members, registrants or applicants between the Licensee and any Prime User and/or other Licensed Users;
for the purpose of identifying members, former members or applicants to facilitate the Licensee’s internal business process;
for the purpose of identifying members, former members or applicants to facilitate the provision of services by the Licensee to physicians; or
to facilitate any other administrative, educational or research activities that are consistent with the Licensee’s mandate.
