Ontario Physician Reporting Centre (OPRC)

For the purposes of this License Agreement, the Licensee’s Approved Uses shall include:

For the period from October 1, 2015 and beyond:

• to facilitate the exchange of information about medical students, Residents or physicians (or applicants) between OPRC and any Prime User and/or other Licensed Users;
• for the purpose of identifying medical students, Residents or physicians (or applicants) to facilitate OPRC’s business processes;
• for the purpose of managing any database involving medical students, Residents or physicians within OPRC’s mandate; or to facilitate any other administrative, educational, research or reporting activities which are consistent with OPRC’s mandate.
